Guarantee:

All plants are guaranteed to arrive in good growing condition. We cannot guarantee garden survival. However, if you are not totally satisfied with your order, notify Kirby's Gardens within 24 hours and we will replace plants on credit accounts on an individual basis.

Return policy:

If a customer wishes to return part or all of an order, Kirby's Gardens must be first notified for replacement or credit. Returns received withour prior notice or authorization are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost for returns. No COD's.
