Question: What days are the plants shipped?
Answer: Orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday.

Question: When can I place an order?
Answer: Orders can be placed anytime after January 1st. The web store is open 24 hours a day/seven days a week. Orders will be shipped at proper planting time.

Question: Do you offer other hostas that are not offered online?
Answer: Yes, Kirby's Gardens has limited amounts of these plants. Call or use feedback form to see if we have what you are looking for and we will gladly add it to your order.

Question: How are plants shipped?
Answer: All plants are shipped bare-root.

Question: What kind of payment is accepted?
Answer: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal accounts are accepted.

Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: No, Kirby's Gardens ships within the continental United State only. These states are exempt from shipment: Washington, California, Oregon and Arizona.

Question: What carrier do you use?
Answer: United States Postal Service: Priority Mail

Question: What are your shipping rates?
Answer: For orders that total $0-50, the shipping rate is $8.95
For orders that $50.01-$200.00, the shipping rates is $17.90
For orders that are over $200.01, shipping is free.

Question: How do I plant my Hostas?
Answer: Every order includes complete planting instructions.

Question: All of the Hostas are listed. Will my plants get this size?
Answer: This is only a guide to help you select your hostas. All sizes and descriptions are provided by Kirby's Garden's suppliers and are approximate. Many conditions, such as soil, water, shade, and sun will affect plant and leaf size.

Question: Do you have a minimum order?
Answer: No, order as many or as few as you want.

Question: Do you ship back orders?
Answer: No, if the store is out of a variety when we receive your order, Kirby's Garden will notify you and send remaining order, or cancel per your request.

Question: Is your online payment processing secure?
Answer: Yes, your payment is processed through paypal, a secure site.

Question: What is your guarantee?
Answer: All plants are guaranteed to arrive in good growing condition. We cannot guarantee garden survival. However, if you are not totally satisfied with your order, notify Kirby's Gardens within 24 hours and we will replace plants of credit accounts on an individual basis.

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: If a customer wishes to return part or all of an order, Kirby's Gardens must be first notified for replacement or credit. Returns received without prior notice or authorization are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost for returns. No COD's.
